With over 12 years in the fintech industry, my passion for innovation, technology, and financial services drives me to transform traditional finance into more accessible, and customer-centric solutions. I thrive at the intersection of finance and tech, enhancing risk management, compliance, and customer experiences. My motivation stems from a deep interest in problem-solving and financial inclusion, believing that fintech is shaping the future of finance.
Who are you outside of work
I am passionate about sports, particularly cricket, badminton, and table tennis, keeping me active and competitive. I also love traveling, exploring new places, and experiencing diverse cultures, which inspire me with new perspectives and continuous learning.
What motivating factors led you to the current field of work?
With over 30 years of experience, I’ve been passionate about driving global growth and sales through strategic partnerships. By leveraging my entrepreneurial strengths, I’ve built strong alliances that foster collective success. Collaborating with analysts and marketing teams, I’ve focused on crafting solutions and strategic plans that help businesses stand out, leading to significant growth and profitability.
Who are you outside of work?
Beyond my professional pursuits, I cherish spending quality time with my family, singing, traveling, and watching cricket.
What motivating factors led you to the current field for work
With 15+ years in FinTech and RegTech industry, I have been always interested in financial technology and the way it has transformed traditional banking globally. I enjoy offering innovative and next generation solutions solving peculiar and contemporary problems of financial institutions. My work provides opportunities to learn new technologies and become part of customer’s transformation journey.
Who are you outside of work
Outside work I enjoy reading, listening to music and playing badminton. I like learning new things and exploring new places. I love cooking on weekends and spending time with my family.

Marketing chooses me and there has been no turning back.

I am committed to a Non-Profit and have done a variety of roles in the last 20 years. I am also an academic in Astrology and Astronomy.
What motivating factors led you to the current field for work
Associated with Fintech for more than a decade and rich experience in handling Private and PSU Banks in both Product development, Implementation and Delivery. Highly customer centric and aligned with organization goals with will to do attitude , perfection , attention to detail in achieving the expected end results without compromising on the quality and process. Always seek ways to contribute that provide me with a sense of ownership both in my own work and my overall work environment.

Spend quality time with family and friends, listen to music, watch movies and Cricket.

I am passionate about connecting with people through technology and driving its adoption across industries. With the right blend of science and innovation, I believe in leveraging technology to solve complex problems exponentially. My hobbies include playing cricket & doing yoga & networking with people. I also enjoy CSR activities in which we give back to society at large

My present field of work motivates me. Learning new things, working as part of a highly driven team, and coming up with creative ideas to improve, improvise or innovate – are all motivating factors. I’m enthusiastic about turning around a difficult project and seeing it to successful completion. I also celebrate a healthy work culture and thrive in a competitive environment.

What motivating factors led you to the current field for work
Kasthuri Rangan Bhaskar is a B2B Fintech Product leader with proven track record of orchestrating banking and fintech products from zero to one. He is one of the co-founding members of a very successful Fintech products team at BCT Digital. He has also built from scratch & scaled-up cross functional teams to success.
Kasthuri Rangan has 18+ years of diverse techno-functional exposure spread across roles in commercial banking, lending, digital transformation, risk management, technology & B2B product leadership. He holds an MBA from IIM Indore and a Chartered Accountancy degree.

What motivating factors led you to the current field for work
With an overall 13 years of experience in Fintech Industry spanning across various Risk Management product suite, I have seen people working tirelessly in the traditional banking system which involved a lot of time and manual efforts. To ease out the time taking activities for banks and be future ready, I want the industry at large to be able to use digital solutions & tech innovations in all the banking
processes.
Who are you outside of work
I love traveling and explore new things in life. I am passionate about Asset Management and likes to be an investment advisor for family & friends.
What motivating factors led you to the current field for work
Build new things. Technology, data, and models are bringing the businesses closer to the end users. In rt360 team we are providing the tools and the bespoke solutions to changing ecosystem by innovation and collaboration.
Who are you outside of work
I have interest in Investment, agriculture, and sports. I love to spend time with my family and friendsand traveling to my hometown.
What motivating factors led you to the current field for work
I have 25 years of experience across the banking domain, and 15 years in technology, IT operations, and projects. Prior to joining BCT Digital, I served as the Chief Technology Officer for Federal Bank.
Who are you outside of work
During my tenure with Federal Bank, I headed a host of transformation initiatives, including the development and implementation of Total Branch Automation (TBA) software, core banking (Finacle) in 800+ branches, Oracle PeopleSoft HCM, CRM, MIS, B24 switch and ATM networks. I also spearheaded the issuance and acquisition of debit cards, integration with interchanges of Mastercard, Visa, and NFS, as well as several initiatives related to mobile and internet banking, e-commerce, automated bill pay, BCP, data center and DR set-ups. I also led projects related to the integration of a 150-seat call center with IVR capabilities, loan origination systems and scorecards, ERM, BASEL compliance, KYC, MDM, and so on.
What motivating factors led you to the current field for work
With banking experience and tech qualification/experience, Fintech became the place to be for me personally. Incidentally Fintech also happens to be the most happening place globally today, which puts me in a sweet spot where my interests, my competence and global business relevance converge. I am happy in playing my role in scaling up a quality business which has passed the scrutiny of one of the world’s toughest regulators, the RBI.
Who are you outside of work
I live with my wife and kids in Chennai. My wife is a Fintech professional who motivated me to join the Fintech bandwagon when I was a banker years ago and my two daughters keep me as busy at home as I am in office (maybe more).

His objective is to help generate business value to the organizations through holistic and integrated governance, risk management and compliance.

My passion with Banking and Fintech is more than 2 decades old where I was handling large scale Imaging programs and multi-vendor infrastructure for Standard chartered and Deutsche Bank in Singapore subsequently had stint with IT services organization selling and
managing Banking solutions across Digital space with lot of emphasis on “ Make in India “ concept with primary objective of Banking solution reaching the masses and this was motivation factor to further enhance my skills around Fintech with an endeavour to manage large scale digital delivery lead banking programs.

Fun loving person , Avid stock market watcher and investor and enjoys parenting watching OTT channels , sports etc.

What motivating factors led you to the current field for work
Rob’s career has spanned over 25 years in both the banking sector and Fintech sales. Early on he had roles in operations, credit risk management and currency sales and trading at a top Tier 1 financial services organization. He later transitioned into the Fintech sector working at several leading providers across treasury, risk and capital markets in a sales and business development capacity. As VP Sales for the Americas at BCT Digital Rob will help drive new business in Americas for the award- winning rt360 risk and compliance platform.
Who are you outside of work
Outside of work Rob enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, especially on family vacations and traveling. He is also an avid sports fan supporting the local NY area teams as well as being physically active exercising and playing golf.
